Is Arcana really free?

Yes. Arcana is free to download and use. Free users receive a daily allotment of reading credits that reset every 24 hours. Arcana+ and Premium plans unlock higher daily reading limits and premium features.

How do daily credits work?

Every day, you receive a set number of credits based on your tier. Free users receive 1 reading per day, Arcana+ users receive 10 readings per day, and Premium users receive 30 readings per day. Unused credits do not roll over to the next day.

Are my photos stored on your servers?

No. Photos you submit for palm, coffee, or face readings are transmitted securely through Arcana's interpretation proxy for the reading you requested. Arcana does not retain, share, or use your photos for any other purpose.

Are the readings accurate or predictive?

Arcana readings are generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not intended to predict the future or replace professional advice from medical, legal, or financial experts. Use the insights as a mirror for introspection, not as absolute truth.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's settings. On iOS, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. When account features are enabled, you can delete your account and associated data from within the app settings or by contacting support. Once deleted, your account information, journal entries, friend data, and profile will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Why does Arcana need my birth date and time?

Your birth date, time, and place help calculate your natal chart, which improves the precision of daily alignment, horoscope, and compatibility readings. You can still use Arcana if you do not know your birth time or place; the app will provide a simpler reading and explain how precise it can be.

Is my data shared with third parties?

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers (such as our cloud host and payment processors) who help us operate the app, and only under strict confidentiality agreements. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app is crashing. What should I do?

First, make sure you have the latest version of Arcana installed from the App Store or Google Play. Try restarting the app and your device. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@arcanaapp.co with your device model, OS version, and a description of the problem.

How do I add or remove friends?

Navigate to the Friends section from the main menu. You can add friends by searching for their username or inviting them via link. To remove a friend, open their profile and tap the remove option. Removing a friend will delete your shared compatibility data but will not affect your individual readings.
